For G. Nuttall who was asking about the grain mill attachment for the Kitchen
Aid mixer, I have had my for almost a year now and love it.

The coarseness of the grain is up to you, you can adjust it to any degree of
finess you'd like.

I don't know how many lbs of flour you can mill in an hour because I only
mill enough for the bread I'm making that day.  Otherwise, the whole wheat
flour turns rancid if it sits too long.

I think I paid around $149.99 for mine.
