1 tablespoon butter -- sweet
4 ounces milk -- warm
2 egg
5 ounces water -- warm
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons bread flour
1/2 cup mashed potato flakes -- or buds
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Place ingredients in the machine in the order listed & press start.

NOTES : To warm the milk measure out the water hot, and add the milk.
To warm the eggs, place them in a small bowl filled with warm water.
