Dear Gladys,
	It sounds like you are buying flour that is already infested
before you get it home.  This can happen if stores don't sell enough product to keep fresh flour rotated onto their shelves, or if bulk vendors
are not as careful as they should be about cleaning out bins before filling with fresh product.  Try buying from a different source and see if
the problem goes away.  You might want to tell your current merchant
about the problem and see if he/she cleans up their act.
