Bread-Bakers v096.n011.10

I buy canisters at either Dunkin Donuts or Mister Donut. In my area, they'll
sell you the buckets they use to keep the donut cream. There are 2 sizes. I
have the large one because I buy 25 pounds of flour at a time but the smaller
size should hold 5 pound. It's been a while but they charged me between 50
cents to $1.00 for each one. They're not terribly attractive but I keep my flour
in my basement pantry so it didn't matter.    Lavon
