I tried Judi Hammett for her whole wheat sponge recipe.  I tried it and the
loaves turned out great.  These 100% whole wheat loaves rose perfectly.  I
usually have trouble getting 100% whole wheat to rise, but using the sponge
method seems to have solved the problem.
