Bread-Bakers v006.n069.3

     Does anyone know of a good(meaning cheap & reasonable) source of 
     flours & supplies?  I 've tried King Arthur, still waiting 4 weeks for 
     their catalog...and their prices for gluten ( which leads to my next 
     question ) were terribly high based on discussions in this newsletter 
     and other sites.   I am also looking to make something along the lines 
     of "WONDER BREAD" - something light and airy.
