I'm using an Hitachi almost daily and have found a recipe that works
everytime. I want to share it.

1 3/8 cup water
3 cups of flour-usually 2 of ww and 1 of bread flour
2 tbl honey
2 tbl canola oil
1 tea salt
1 tea yeast (the very powerful kind from Sams)

even grinding the ww I do it in 5 minutes.
