Someone asked about the Zojirushi. We have one (not sure what model). It
has worked very well, except it seems to need a little help with kneading
dense breads. I think the motor is 91 watts. If you will do a lot of
this kind of bread you might want a more powerful machine.
P. S. I always use the "french bread" setting even for rye and the like
because the rising times seem better; any comments.
Also, this model has one programable setting but you have to babysit through
the whole procedure to set it.
