Add the garlic and herbs. Saute for 2 min, taking care not to let the garlic scorch or it will turn bitter. If necessary, remove the pan from the stove. The herbs will continuing cooking in the oil's heat. Put the herb oil and remaining ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by your bread machine instructions. Set for white bread, medium crust. Press Start. Description: "This is a delicious white bread seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs." Press start NOTE: The texture and rise were both good. Because Reggie doesn't like cumin it was omitted. The flavor was mainly orange. It was good. People it was served to enjoyed it also. Description: "This light whole-wheat bread is slightly sweet and flavored with orange and cumin, a pungent spice frequestly used in Mexican, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Mediterranean cooking." Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside. Beat Shedd's Spread Country Crock(r) with sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in eggs, vanilla and orange peel until blended, scraping sides occasionally. Alternately beat in flour mixture and milk just until blended. Stir in apple and cranberries.Turn into prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan and cool completely.
